A compact CLIA platform for quantitative testing across hormones, thyroid, cardiac, inflammation and more.

The Poclight C5000 is a compact analyzer for homogeneous chemiluminescence immunoassays. It uses Chemiluminescence Resonance Energy Transfer (CRET), a homogeneous CLIA method designed to run without wash or separation steps. It supports quantitative testing of selected biomarkers in human samples.
Chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) measures light generated by a chemical reaction to quantify biomarkers. Poclight combines its CRET-based homogeneous method with a simplified testing workflow.
Specifications and workflow depend on the selected assay and current manufacturer documentation.
